摘要
近年来,免疫疗法已成为癌症研究的一个重要领域,肿瘤微环境中免疫状态的失衡在癌症的发生和发展中起着重要作用。全转录组分析揭示一类新的非蛋白质编码转录物“非编码RNAs”(lncRNAs),很大比例转录人类基因组。目前越来越多的证据表明,lncRNAs可以调控肿瘤的发生与多种生物学过程,最近研究报道,lncRNAs与先天性和适应性免疫反应密切相关,可以调节免疫细胞的分化与功能,如T细胞、树突状细胞(DC)、巨噬细胞等,同时lncRNAs还可以募集多种免疫抑制因子,影响肿瘤微环境,进而促进肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸。回顾近几年来免疫相关的lncRNAs对免疫细胞的调控作用机制,综述lncRNAs与肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸的关系,为进一步研究提供框架。
In recent years,immunotherapy has became an important field of cancer research.The immune imbalance in tumor microenvironment plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cancer.Whole transcriptome analysis revealed a new class of non-protein-encoded transcripts "non-coding RNAs"(lncRNAs), which transcribe a large proportion of the human genome.There is increasing evidence that lncRNAs can regulate tumorigenesis and various biological processes.Recent studies have reported that lncRNAs are closely related to innate and adaptive immune responses,and can regulate the differentiation and function of immune cells,such as T cells,dendritic cells (DC),macrophages,etc.LncRNAs can also regulate a variety of immunosuppressive factors, affecting the tumor microenvironment and thus promote tumor cell immune escape.This review focuses on the regulation mechanism of immune-related lncRNAs on immune cells in recent years,and the relationship between lncRNAs and tumor cell immune escape,to provide a framework for further research.
