摘要
我国改性塑料行业发展迅速,在新产品创新能力和产品稳定性方面有了大幅提升,部分企业的技术实力已达到国际先进水平。但大多数企业规模较小,自动化生产程度不高,生产效率较低,产品质量波动比较大,产品缺乏市场竞争力。本文根据改性塑料的生产工艺特点,对生产过程控制系统在改性塑料企业的应用进行探讨,以便于优化生产流程、提高生产效率、降低生产成本,实现工厂的全流程数字化管理。
Modified plastics industry in China has developed rapidly, and the innovation ability and product stability of new products have been greatly improved. Some enterprises' technological strength has reached the international advanced level. But most enterprises are small in scale, low in automation, low in production efficiency, high in product quality fluctuation and lack of market competitiveness. According to the characteristics of production process of modified plastics, this paper discusses the application of production process control system in modified plastics enterprise, in order to optimize production process, improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and realize the digital management of the whole process of the factory.
