摘要
联合培养研究生是国家积极鼓励的创新人才培养模式和提升培养质量的一个重要途径.文章围绕辽宁科技大学和中国科学院金属研究所在联合培养研究生过程中出现的情况和问题,提出了建议,并探讨了地方高校与具有优势学科的科研院所联合培养研究生的机制.
Joint cultivation of graduate students is an important way to foster innovative talents and improve the quality of cultivation.Based on the situation and problems of University of Science and Technology Liaoning and Institute of Metal,Research,Chinese Academy of Sciences in the process of joint cultivation of graduate students,this paper puts forward some suggestions,and probes into the mechanism of joint cultivation of graduate students between local universities and institutes of scientific research with advantages.
