摘要
文章首先提出了经济贸易系建设与发展的总体目标与总体工作思路，在此基础上从 六个方面提出了建设与发展的具体思路：适应时代需要，加强专业学科建设；高起点高层次 ，建设一流师资队伍；提高教学质量，加大系部教学改革；突出科研特色，多出一流科研成 果；规范制度服务，营造良好育人环境；着力通才教育，培养国家精英人才。
：Based on the general purpose and the general working idea for the co nstruction and development of the Department of Economy and Trade, this paper pu ts forward the concrete ideas concerning construction and development from six a spects which are Strengthening the construction of professional subjects by meet ing the demands of the era, organizing first－class faculty, improving teaching quality by deepening the teaching reform of departments, making excellent achiev ement in scientific research, creating excellent educational atmosphere by stand ardizing the regulations and service, cultivating national talents by cultivatin g versatile persons.
