微型锁定钢板内固定治疗累及后踝的踝关节骨折 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨微型锁定钢板治疗累及后踝的踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法自2015-05-2016-10采用微型锁定钢板内固定治疗累及后踝的踝关节骨折35例。结果 35例获随访,随访时间8~20个月,平均18个月。骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间16(10~18)周。无皮肤坏死和神经损伤。术后6个月时AOFAS评分评定:优21例,良12例,可2例,优良率94.3%。结论微型锁定钢板内固定治疗累及后踝的踝关节骨折,损伤小,固定可靠,骨折愈合率高,踝关节功能恢复良好,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。
