三踝骨折患者后踝固定对踝关节稳定性及功能恢复的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨固定后踝骨折块对三踝骨折患者踝关节稳定性及功能恢复的影响。方法选择2007年6月至2012年6月在我院骨科手术治疗的24例三踝骨折患者资料,按是否对后踝骨折块固定将24例患者分为固定组12例和未固定组12例,分析并比较两组患者术后踝关节稳定性及功能恢复的差异。结果 24例患者术后均获得6~24个月的随访,依据Baird-Jackson踝关节评分系统评价固定组和未固定组术后踝关节稳定性及功能恢复情况,固定组为89.3分(50~100分)和未固定组87.9分(32~100分),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论切开复位内固定治疗三踝骨折能够获得满意的踝关节功能,固定后踝骨折块对重建踝关节的稳定性具有重要作用。 Objective To investigate the influence of fixing the posterior ankle fracture block on ankle stability and function recovery of patients with trimalleolar fracture.Methods 24 cases of ankle fractures were selected from orthopedic surgery of People's Hospital of Huaibei from June 2007 to June 2012.According to whether the block is fixed,the 24 patients were divided into the fixed group(12 cases) and the un-fixed group(12 cases).The postoperative ankle stability and functional recovery were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The 24 patients recevied a 6 to 24 months' follow-up.The postoperative stability of ankle joint and function recovery of the two groups were measured according to Baird-Jackson ankle scoring system.As a result,the fixed group was 89.3 points(50-100 points) while the unfixed group was 87.9 points(32-100 points),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation for treatment of trimalleolar fracture can obtain satisfactory function of ankle joint after fixation of ankle fractures,and fixed ankle fracture block plays an important role in the stability of ankle joint.
