摘要
详细综述了近年来非金属掺杂TiO2光催化的最新进展,总结梳理了N、C、P、S、B、F、Cl、Br、I及非金属共掺杂元素对TiO2光催化降解有机污染物的影响,同时对不同掺杂纳米TiO2晶体结构及光谱响应机制进行了比较和探讨。不同类型非金属元素的原子半径、晶体结构、掺入量都会对改性TiO2的能级结构和带隙宽度产生差异,进而其对不同有毒有害污染物的光催化性能产生不同影响,需要综合考虑。通过非金属掺杂改变纳米TiO2的能级结构,增大TiO2表面的活性点位,提高其光催化性能,实现有毒有害污染物的彻底降解,从而达到净化环境的目的。
The recent progress in photocatalytic properties of nano TiO2 doped with non-metal elements,especially for the N,C,P,S,B,F,Cl,Br,I and co-doping elements,is summarized.The crystal structure and spectral response mechanism of nano TiO 2 with different doping elements are compared and explained.Moreover,some suggestions are put forward to improve the photocatalysis technology of nano TiO2.By non-metal doping process,it can decrease the energy level and increase the surface active point of the modified TiO2.The photocatalytic performance of non-metal doped TiO2 and degradation rate of toxic pollutants could be improved effectively.
