摘要
在建筑检测行业中,低应变基桩动测仪是判断基桩完整性必不可少的仪器之一。然而,建筑检测现场环境往往比较恶劣,给检测工作带来一定的困难。当前无线通信技术的发展为在现场复杂环境下更加有效、快速地进行检测工作提供了解决方案。本文分析了低应变基桩动测仪的工作原理及现场使用过程,在此基础上分别设计并实现了低应变基桩动测仪的主机和无线节点两部分。经过信号发生器模拟测试和振动台系统测试,结果表明所设计的系统可以满足现场检测需求。
Low strain foundation pile dynamic tester is one kind of the indispensable testing instruments for testing the pile integrity in the construction testing industry. However,in the testing field,the condition is often bad,which brings some difficulties to the testing work. The development of the wireless communication technique provides the solution for making testing work more efficient and accurate in the complex environment. In this paper,the working principle and the field application process of low strain foundation pile dynamic tester are analyzed. Based on the analysis,the host and the wireless node are designed and realized respectively. After the signal generator simulation test and the vibrostand system test,the results show that this design can meet the requirements of the field testing.
