摘要
根据某磁场强度测试需求,设计了一种基于AD7734和C8051F410的数字式磁强信号检测系统,详细阐述了系统硬件、软件编程的设计原理以及接口电路、流程图的设计。置/复位电路解决了温度漂移以及外界强磁场对系统的干扰问题,提高了系统精度和稳定性;利用单片机SPI和UART分别实现对AD7734的控制、与上位PC机的通信。测试结果表明:系统基本满足了要求,已经在相关场合得到了较好的应用。
According to the measurement need of certain magnetic intensity,digital magnetic signal measuring system based on AD7734 and C8051 F410 is designed.The hardware,software,interface circuit and programme data flow are explained in detail.The temperature excursion and interference from the external strong magnetic field are resolved by the set/reset circuit,thus improving precision and stability of the system.Meanwhile,with SPI and UART of the microcontroller,the control for AD7734 and communication with PC are realized.Finally,the experimental results indicate that the system designed meets the requirement and has already been used in related applications.
