摘要
目的探讨影响产前检查依从性的因素及对策。方法对我院2018年1月—12月门诊220例孕妇产前检查的相关情况进行回顾性分析,比较依从性好及依从性差孕妇年龄、文化水平、流动人员、生育情况、经济收入、医疗服务等因素的差异。结果 220例孕妇产前检查依从性好170例,占77.27%(170/220);依从性差50例,占22.73%(50/220)。依从性差组流动人员28.00%、初中以下文化水平72.00%、经产妇24.00%、经济收入低38.00%、医疗态度一般20.00%,高于依从性好组的11.76%,47.06%,10.59%,8.82%,8.24%(P<0.05)。2组孕妇年龄无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论影响孕妇产前检查依从性的因素复杂,应加强产前检查宣传力度、完善产检保障制度、提高医护人员的专业素质与产前检查技术、关注外来流动孕妇,以提高产前检查依从性。
Objective To analyze the factors influencing the compliance of antenatal examination and explore the preventive methods.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the prenatal examination of 220 pregnant women in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018. Compare the differences in age,migrant workers, educational level,fertility level,economic income,medical conditions and other factors between the two groups with good and poor compliance.Results 220 pregnant women had good compliance with prenatal examination in 170 cases, 77.27%(170/220). Compliance was poor in 50 cases,accounting for 22.73%(50/220). In the group with poor compliance,28.00%of the floating population,72.00%of the education level below junior middle school,24.00%of the pregnant women who had undergone labor,38.00% of the low income,20.00% of the medical attitude were higher than those in the group with good compliance,11.76%,47.06%,10.59%,8.82% and 8.24%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the age of pregnant women (28.22±3.28)VS (28.40±3.30)between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The factors affecting prenatal examination of pregnant women are complex. The compliance of prenatal examination can be improved by strengthening the propaganda of prenatal examination,improving the guarantee system of prenatal examination,improving the quality of professional factors and prenatal examination technology of medical staff,and paying attention to migrant pregnant women.
