摘要
目的:探讨围产期保健中产前检查与健康教育的效果。方法:产科门诊进行产前检查的200例孕产妇,随机分为观察组100例(采用产前检查结合健康教育的护理干预措施)和对照组100例(采用常规护理干预措施),对比两组孕产妇的围产期保健效果。结果:观察组的总满意度和自然分娩率均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产前检查结合健康教育能够提高自然分娩率,增强孕产妇对护理工作的满意度,因此在孕产妇围产期保健工作中应加强产前检查和健康教育。
Objective To explore the perinatal health care in the prenatal examination and the effect of health education. Method 200 cases of maternal antenatal examination were randomly divided into observation group 100 cases（ using antenatal examination with health education nursing interventions） and control group 100 cases（ by routine nursing interventions）,maternal effect of perinatal health care of two groups was compared. Results The total satisfaction and natural births in observation group were significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Antenatal examination combined with health education can improve the natural births,strengthen maternal satisfaction of nursing work,therefore in the pregnant woman should strengthen antenatal examination in perinatal health care and health education.
