摘要
角膜内皮细胞的功能对维持角膜透明起着至关重要的作用。高眼压损伤角膜内皮细胞,引起角膜内皮细胞数目减少,从而导致角膜通透性下降。角膜内皮在体内无法进行增殖,但在特定条件下具有增殖能力。角膜内皮细胞在高压力状态下受损后,依靠受损区周边角膜内皮细胞扩大及移行修复。本文对高眼压损伤角膜内皮及角膜内皮受损后的修复进行了综述。
Normal physiological function of corneal endothelial cells is important to the transparency of the cornea. High intraocular pressure could damage the corneal endothelial cells with reducing the density of corneal endothelial cells,and lead to corneal edema.Endothelial cells can not regenerate in vivo,only rely on neighboring cells migration and expansion when injured by high intraocular pressure. This review tried to introduce the corneal wound healing in high intraocular pressure.
