摘要
目的比较白内障超声乳化术中卡米可林的使用与否对手术效果及术后的反应的影响。方法老年性白内障患者164例(175只眼),随机分为两组,行白内障超声乳化术,A组78例(85只眼),术中前房用卡米可林缩瞳,B组86例(90只眼)术中不用卡米可林,观察术后眼前节反应及晶体位置。结果术后前房反应两组差异有显著性,角膜反应两组有差异,晶体位置无差异。结论卡米可林可加重超声乳化术后反应。
Objective To observe the role of carbachol in phaocemulsification by comparison between status with and without carbachol. Methods One hundred and sixty four age related cataract patients（ 175 eyes） were randomly derided into two groups. During phacoemulification carbachol was used in group A（78 patients and 85 eyes） and not in group B（86 patents and 90 eyes）. The response of the anterior chamber and the location of the intraocular lens were observed. Results There were significant differences in anterior chamber response and corneal response postoperation between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. No significant difference was found in the location of intraocular lens（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Injection of carbachol into anterior chamber in phacoemulsification may aggravate operative responses.
