摘要
为评价茭白鞘叶的营养价值与潜在饲用风险,收集茭白采收期的鞘叶,进行营养成分和体外发酵分析,检测茭白鞘叶农药残留和重金属含量。结果发现,茭白鞘叶粗蛋白质质量分数12.4%~23.3%,中性洗涤纤维质量分数65.1%~69.1%,酸性洗涤纤维质量分数29.4%~35.9%。与鲜食玉米秸秆相比,保存良好的优质茭白鞘叶24h产气量、理论最大产气量、瘤胃培养可降解部分的降解速率、达到理论产气量最大值一半时所需要的时间均无显著差异,其体外有机物消化率达到50.2%;景宁茭白鞘叶中仅检出三环唑12μg/kg、多菌灵12μg/kg、三唑磷250μg/kg,其中三环唑和多菌灵低于国家食品标准,三唑磷略高于国家食品标准;而缙云茭白鞘叶中未检出上述农药。茭白鞘叶中铅的含量0.20~0.72 mg/kg,铬3.96~6.28 mg/kg,镉0.002 6~0.063mg/kg,砷0.055~0.42 mg/kg,汞0.001 4~0.002 7mg/kg,除2个秋季茭白鞘叶样品铬含量超标,其余样品均低于国家新版饲料卫生标准规定的饲草、粗饲料、饲料原料的重金属安全限量。茭白鞘叶可作为一种营养价值较高且较安全的青粗饲料。
In order to evaluate the nutritional value and potential feeding risk of the sheath and leaves of Zizania latifolia,samples were collected during Zizania latifolia harvest and analyzed for nutrient components, in vitro fermentation,pesticide residues and heavy metal content. Results showed that crude protein content of the sheath and leaves ranged from 12.4% to 23.3%,neutral detergent fiber from 65.1% to 69.1%,and acid detergent fibers from 29.4% to 35.9%.Compared with fresh corn straw,there were no significant differences in 24 hour gas production,theoretical maximum gas production,degradation rate of degradable part in rumen culture and time required to reach half of the theoretical maximum gas production of well preserved high-quality Zizania latifolia sheath and leaves.The in vitro organic matter digestion rate reached 50.2%;Pesticide residues results showed that only 12 ug/kg of tricyclazole,12 ug/kg of carbendazim and 250 ug/kg of triazophos were detected in the sheath & leaves of Zizania latifolia from Jingning county.Tricyclazole and carbendazim residues were lower and triazophos was slightly higher than the national food standard.Above pesticides were not detected in the sheath and leaves of Zizania latifolia from Jinyun county. The contents of lead,chromium,cadmium,arsenic and mercury in the sheath and leaves of Zizania latifolia were in the range of 0.20 to 0.72 mg/kg, 3.96 to 6.28 mg/kg,0.002 6 to 0.063 mg/kg,0.055 to 0.42 mg/kg and 0.001 4 to 0.002 7 mg/kg respectively.Except for two autumn samples chromium content higher,the other samples heavy metals were lower than the safety limit of new national feed hygiene standards.In conclusion,the sheath and leaves of Zizania latifolia could be used as a kind of green roughage with relative high nutritional value and safety.
