摘要
文章利用体外产气法和半体内法评定不同酶菌制剂组合处理的玉米秸秆瘤胃干物质降解率,旨在探索最佳的酶菌处理结果和有效的评价方法。试验处理分别为对照组(CON)、青贮对照(CS)组、复合酶(CPL)组、复合酶单菌(CPLP)组和复合酶双菌(CPLB)组5个处理组。采用体外产气试验和半体内(尼龙袋)方法分别测定饲料体外产气量(GP)、体外干物质降解率(IVDMD)、半体内干物质降解率(DMD),并进行相关性分析。结果表明:(1)CPLP组的GP72 h及理论最大产气量均最高,GP72 h是52.33 ml,显著高于CON、CS、CPL组(P<0.05),与CPLB组差异不显著(P>0.05),GP72 h从大到小依次为CPLP>CPLB>CPL>CS>CON;(2)CPLB处理组的DMD72 h和干物质有效降解率(ED)均为最大,DMD72 h比CON、CS、CPL的降解率依次提高了41.80%、15.26%、23.69%;与CPLP差异不显著(P>0.05);(3)经过相关性分析,DMD24 h与GP24 h、IVDMD24 h的相关系数分别为0.827和0.751;DMD24 h与GP48 h、IVDMD48 h的相关系数分别为0.847和0.745;DMD48 h与GP24 h、IVDMD24 h的相关系数分别为0.804和0.828;DMD48 h与GP48 h、IVDMD48 h的相关系数分别为0.842和0.830。体外产气法和半体内法均表明,CPLP组和CPLB组的饲用价值明显优于CPL组、CS组和对照组。体外产气法与半体内法测定的瘤胃降解率存在极显著相关性,可以利用体外产法来测定玉米秸秆的瘤胃降解率。
The ruminal dry matter digestibility of corn stalks treated with different biological agents was evaluated by in vitro gas production and in situ methods. The objective of the present study was conduct- ed to determine the the best results of biological agents and effective evaluation method. Treatments were corn stalks (CON), corn stalks silage(CS), composite enzyme(CPL), composite enzyme+ Laetonacil- lus plantarum(CPLP), composite enzyme + Laetonacillus plantarum+ Lactonacillus Buchneiri(CPLB). In vitro gas production(GP), in vitro dry matter digestibility(IVDMD) and in situ dry matter degradability (DMD) of corn stalks were measured by in vitro method and in situ method, respectively, and the correla- tion analysis was earried out. The results showed that: ① The GP72h and the theoretical maximum gas production of CPLP were the highest, and the GPn h of CPLP was 52.33 ml, which was significantly high-er than CON, CS and CPL group (P〈0.05). was no significant difference between There CPLP group and CPLB group (P〉0.05), the 72 h cumu- lative net gas production of corn stalk was: CPLP〉 CPLB〉CPL〉CS〉CON; ② The degradation rate of DM72 h and the effective degradation of CPLB were the highest, and the degradation rate of CPLB was higher than CON, CS and CPL 41.80%, 15.26%, 23.69%, respectively; ③ The correlational analysis were conducted that the correla- tion coeffieneients between DMD24 h and GP24 h, IVDMD24h were 0.827 and 0.751 ,respectively. The corre- lation coeffiencients between DMD24h and GP48h, IVDMD4sh were 0.847 and 0.745, respectively. The cor- relation coeffieneients between DMD48h and GP24 h, IVDMDuh were 0.804 and 0.828,respectively. The correlation coeffiencients between DMD48h and GP48h, IVDMD48 h were 0.842 and 0.830, respectively. In conclusion, the in vitro gas p^uction and in situ methods showed that the feed value of CPLP group and CPLB group was significantly better than CPL group, CS group and CON group. There were signifi- cant relationships between in vitro gas production and in situ methods indicating that the in vitro gas production method could be used to determine the ruminal dry matter degradation of corn stalks.
