摘要
目的:探讨产妇分娩中施予自由体位对第一产程及分娩结局的影响.方法:抽取2016年5月2日至2017年5月1日来本院的188名产妇,对照组91例施予传统体位,研究组97例施予自由体位,记录2组分娩方式、第一产程时间、出血情况、新生儿窒息状况及疼痛水平等.结果:研究组的自然分娩率(85.57%)高于对照组(72.53%);研究组新生儿Apgar评分(8.13±0.98)明显优于对照组(6.82±1.23);研究组的第一产程时间为(8.18±1.34)h,低于对照组(13.01±2.13);研究组产后2h失血(34.26±10.12)mL少于对照组(64.11±12.22)mL;研究组VAS得分(2.11±0.37)低于对照组(4.95±0.39)(P<0.05).结论:采用自由体位分娩,可以有效地提升产妇分娩质量,改善产妇预后.
[Objective] To understand the clinical effectiveness of free position in delivery and its effect on the first stage of labor. [Method]188 patients who came to our hospital on May 2, 2016 and May 1, 2017 were selected. 91 cases in control group were given the traditional position, and 97 cases in the research group were given the free position. [Result] The natural delivery rate of the study group(85.57%) was higher than that of the control group(72.53%). Apgar score(8.13±0.98) in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(6.82±1.23). The first labor duration of the study group was(8.18±1.34) h, which was lower than that of the control group(13.01±2.13). Blood loss(34.26±10.12) ml in the study group was less than that in the control group(64.11±12.22) ml. VAS score in the study group(2.11±0.37) was lower than that in the control group(4.95±0.39)(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The free-body delivery score can effectively improve maternal delivery quality and improve maternal prognosis.
