摘要
目的 评价中药联合体外受精(in vitro fertilization,IVF)或卵胞浆单精子显微注射(intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI)-胚胎移植(embryo transplantation,ET)对妊娠率的影响。方法 系统搜索中药联合IVF/ICSI-ET对妊娠率影响的随机对照实验(RCT),检索时限均从建库至2018年12月。由2名研究者独立筛选文献,提供资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,利用Review Manager5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 中药联合IVF/ICSI-ET可以提高临床妊娠率(P<0.00001),可能降低早期流产率(P=0.32)和中重度卵巢过度刺激综合征(ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,OHSS)的发生率(P=0.25),但两者差异无统计学意义。结论 当前证据显示,中药联合IVF/ICSI-ET可以显著提高临床妊娠率,并且可能减少不良妊娠的发生,改善母婴健康。
Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with in vitro fertilization(IVF)or intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)and embryo transplantation(ET)on pregnancy rate. Methods The randomized controlled trial(RCT)of combined IVF/ICSI-ET with TCM on the influence of pregnancy rate was systematically searched,and the retrieval period was from the establishment of database to December 2018.After two researchers independently screened the literature,provided data and evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies,Review Manager 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results Combined IVF/ICSI-ET with traditional Chinese medicine could improve the clinical pregnancy rate( P <0.000 01),possibly reduce the rate of early abortion( P =0.32)and the incidence of moderate and severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)( P =0.25),but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Current evidence shows that combined IVF/ICSI-ET with traditional Chinese medicine could significantly improve clinical pregnancy rate,probably reduce adverse pregnancy occurrence,and improve maternal and infant health.
