摘要
采用个案管理的社会工作方法对癌末患者的临终关怀服务进行介入,医务社会工作者通过识别可用资源、排除障碍并链接资源和资源整合,针对案主的需求,从“身、心、社、灵”四个方面提供全方位的个案管理服务。通过对癌末患者临终关怀服务的实务探索,针对服务中产生的伦理困境进行分析并提出对策和建议,发现个案管理介入临终关怀服务有其可行性及必要性。同时也不能忽略医务社会工作者自身素质和能力的提升,今后应妥善处理实务中的伦理问题,加强医务社会工作者人才队伍建设,促进个案管理模式和社会工作模式共同发展,在全社会创造充满人文关怀的良好环境。
In this study, the social work method of case management was used to intervene in hospice care services for terminal cancer patients. Social workers provided comprehensive case management services from four aspects of “body, mind, society and spirit” according to the needs of the case owners by identifying available resources, removing obstacles, linking resources and integrating resources. Through the practical exploration of hospice care service for terminal cancer patients, the author analyzed the ethical dilemma in the service and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, and found that case management intervention in hospice care service has its feasibility and necessity. At the same time, we should not neglect the improvement of social workers’ quality and ability. In the future, we should properly deal with ethical issues in practice, strengthen the construction of medical social workers’ talent team, promote the common development of case management mode and social work mode, and create a good environment full of humanistic care in the whole society.
