摘要 目的建立地椒的质量标准。方法对地椒,采用TLC法进行定性鉴别,HPLC法测定迷迭香酸含有量;参照2015年版《中国药典》方法,测定水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物含有量。结果地椒薄层斑点清晰,重复性好。迷迭香酸在3.44~3 520.45 ng(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率97.41%~103.47%(RSD=1.76%);20批样品中,迷迭香酸含有量2.10~15.40 mg/g;水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物含有量范围分别为3.90%~8.54%、5.80%~16.30%、0.90%~8.00%、6.20%~11.20%。结论该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于地椒的质量控制。 AIM To establish the quality standard for thyme.METHODS TLC was used for qualitative identification of thyme;HPLC was adopted in the content determination of rosmarinic acid, and the contents of water, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extracts were determined by Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 Version, Volume 1) methods.RESULTS The clear TLC spot showed good reproducibility. Rosmarinic acid showed good linear relationships within the range of 3.44-3 520.45 ng(r=0.999 9), whose average recovery was 97.41%-103.47% with the RSD of 1.76%. In twenty batches of samples, the content of rosmarinic acid was 2.10-15.40 mg/g, and the content ranges of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extracts were 3.90%-8.54%, 5.80%-16.30%, 0.90%-8.00%, 6.20%-11.20%, respectively.CONCLUSION This accurate,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of thyme.
