摘要
目的:研究堇菜属Viola植物天山堇菜Viola tianshanica的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶、聚酰胺柱色谱等技术分离纯化化合物,并根据理化常数、UV,IR,ESI-MS,1H-NMR和13C-NMR等鉴定其结构。结果:从天山堇菜正丁醇部分分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:胡萝卜苷(1)、山柰酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、异鼠李素-3-O-葡萄糖苷(4)、山柰酚(5)、槲皮素(6)。结论:除胡萝卜苷外,皆为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Viola tianshanica. Method: Compounds were isolated by silica column, pharmadex LH-20 column and polyamide column, and their structures were elucidated by UV, IR, ESI-MS and NMR. Result: Six compounds were isolated and identified as daucosterol(1 ), kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2), kaempferol- 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-glucoside (4), kaempferol ( 5 ) and quercetin (6). Conclusion: Compounds 2-5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
