摘要
目的考察参麦注射液联合尼莫地平对妊娠期高血压患者的临床疗效。方法 101例患者随机分为对照组(59例)和观察组(42例),对照组给予尼莫地平,观察组在对照组基础上加用参麦注射液,疗程7 d。然后,检测临床疗效、血压(收缩压、舒张压)、血脂指标(TG、TC、HDL-C)、血清Apelin及PGE2水平、胎盘血流指标(TAV、S/D、PI、RI)、妊娠结局(新生儿Apgar评分、剖宫产、新生儿窒息、胎心异常)、不良反应发生率变化。结果治疗后,2组血压、TG、TC、S/D、PI、RI显著降低(P<0.05),HDL-C,Apelin及PGE2水平、TAV显著升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率、新生儿Apgar评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率、胎心异常率、不良反应发生率显著更低(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合尼莫地平可有效控制妊娠期高血压患者血压,升高血清Apelin、PGE2水平,改善妊娠结局。
AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Shenmai Injection combined with nimodipine on patients with gestational hypertension. METHODS One hundred and one patients were randomly assigned into control group ( 59 cases) for 7-day administration of nimodipine, and observation group ( 42 cases) for 7-day administration of Shenmai Injection and nimodipine. Subsequently,the changes in clinical efficacy,blood pressures ( systolic pressure,diastolic pressure),blood lipid indices ( TG,TC,HDL-C),serum Apelin and PGE2 levels, placental blood flow indices ( TAV,S /D,PI,RI),pregnancy outcomes ( neonatal Apgar score,cesarean section, neonatal asphyxia,fetal heart abnormality) and occurance rate of adverse reactions were detected. RESULTS After the treatment,the two groups demonstrated significantly decreased blood pressures,TG,TC,S /D,PI,RI ( P<0. 05),and markedly increased HDL-C,Apelin and PGE2 levels,TAV ( P<0. 05),especially for the obser- vation group ( P < 0. 05). The observation group demonstrated obviously higher total effective rate and neonatal Apgar score than the control group ( P<0. 05),together with obviously lower cesarean section rate,neonatal as- phyxia rate,fetal heart abnormality rate and occurance rate of adverse reactions ( P<0. 05). CONCLUSION For the patients with gestational hypertension,Shenmai Injection combined with nimodipine can effectively control blood pressures,elevate serum Apelin and PGE2 levels,and improve pregnancy outcomes.
