摘要
针对当前建筑施工中面临的复杂化学环境,结合混凝土腐蚀渗透原理,制备一种疏水性的高强度混凝土。为验证混凝土的抗冻性,采用试验对比的方式,在实验中中加入十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷疏水剂,在对照组中不掺入疏水剂,并通过样品表征和抗冻性性对混凝土表面疏水性进行验证。结果表明,水灰比为0.45,十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷质量比为0.24%时,得到的滚动角低于10°,此时满足疏水性要求。同时通过X衍射光谱图和电子图分析,得到疏水性混凝土表明含有疏水的官能团,极大降低了混凝土表面能。最后,通过抗冻性能测试,验证疏水混凝土拥有良好的抗冻性。
In view of the complex chemical environment in the construction of deep foundation pit, a hydrophobic high strength concrete is prepared based on the principle of concrete corrosion and permeability. In order to verify the frost resistance of concrete, thirteen fluorooctyl triethoxysilane hydrophobic agent was added in the experiment, and no hydrophobic agent was added in the control group. The hydrophobicity of concrete surface was verified by sample characterization and frost resistance. The results show that when the water cement ratio is 0.45 and the mass ratio of trifluorooctyl triethoxysilane is 0.24%,the rolling angle is less than 10°, which meets the hydrophobic requirements. At the same time, through the analysis of X-ray diffraction spectrum and electronic diagram, hydrophobic concrete shows hydrophobic functional groups, which greatly reduces the surface energy of concrete. Finally, through the test of frost resistance, it is proved that hydrophobic concrete has good frost resistance.
