摘要 寒冷地区海洋环境和除冰盐环境中的混凝土结构受到盐害和冻害的双重作用,使混凝土的破坏更加严酷。本文采用快速冻融方法,对混凝土在盐溶液中进行了冻融试验,通过试验探讨了水胶比,粉煤灰掺量,含气量等因素的变化对混凝土抗盐冻性能的影响,研究了混凝土外观、质量损失率、相对动弹性模量、超声声速、抗压强度随冻融循环次数的变化规律。试验结果表明,试件均由于质量损失率超过5%而破坏;水胶比是影响混凝土抗盐冻性能的决定性因素,适当的粉煤灰掺量也能使混凝土达到抗盐冻性能要求,存在一个临界含气量能最大限度地提高混凝土抗盐冻性能;即使在引气条件下,大水胶比(0.50)和大掺量(50%)粉煤灰混凝土的抗盐冻性能仍很差。 The concrete structures in marine environment of cold region and deicing salt environment suffer the dual effect of salt and frost injury, which adds to the damage of concrete. The accelerated freeze-thaw test of concrete in salt solution had been carried out, which discussed the influence of water-binder ratio, volume of fly ash, air-entraining content on frost-salt resistance of concrete and investigated the variation of surface characteristics, weight loss rate, relative dynamic modulus of elasticity, supersonic velocity, compressive strength of concrete with the number of freeze-thaw cycles. The test results show that the damage of specimens is due to the weight loss rate of more than 5%, Water-binder ratio has decisive influence on frost-salt resistance of concrete, concrete with suitable volume of fly ash can also come up to the standard of frost-salt resistance, there is a critical air-entraining content which can improve frost-salt resistance of concrete by the greatest extent. The frost-sah resistance of concrete with high water-binder ratio such as 0.50 or high volume of fly ash such as 50% is very bad even under the conditions of air-entraining.
