摘要
青藤碱是从传统中药青风藤中提取的一种有效单体,主要作用为抗炎、抑制免疫及镇痛,其中抗炎方面的研究居多。作者查阅国内外有关青藤碱抗炎方面的研究进展并进行综述。作者围绕与炎症相关的细胞、因子、金属蛋白酶、信号通路等方面探讨青藤碱抗炎的关系进行综述,认为青藤碱抗炎的机制不仅作用于炎性细胞及细胞因子,同时干预信号通路的传递与活化,因此应用全身多系统炎症。并发现免疫与炎症息息相关,炎症与机体的免疫和病原体感染息息相关,青藤碱的抗炎应用范围较广,但对于女性生殖道炎症的临床应用仍未涉及,有待进一步研究。
Sinomenine is an effective monomer extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Qingfeng vine.Its main effects are anti-inflammatory,immuno-suppressive and analgesic.The author reviewed the research progress of anti-inflammatory aspects of sinomenine at home and abroad and reviewed it.The authors reviewed the relationship between sinomenine and anti-inflammation in terms of inflammation-related cells,factors,metalloproteinases,signaling pathways and so on.The anti-inflammation mechanism of sinomenine not only acts on inflammatory cells and cytokines,hut also interferes with the transmission and activation of signaling pathways,so it is applied to systemic multi-system inflammation.It is also found that immunity is closely related to inflammation.Inflammation is closely related to immunity and pathogen infection.Sinomenine has a wide range of anti-inflammatory applications,but its clinical application in female genital tract inflammation has not yet been involved and needs further study.
