摘要
目的:探讨Pilon骨折术后中医分期辨证治疗对骨折愈合及相关并发症的影响。方法:将2017年1月-2018年3月Pilon骨折患者90例作研究对象进行分组。对照组施行术后常规治疗,观察组施行术后中医分期辨证治疗。分析对比治疗效果,手术之后骨折的平均愈合时间、术后的住院平均天数、患者的术后疼痛持续时间、因疼痛使用止痛药时间;手术前后患者生活质量状况和相关量表评估分数;皮肤坏死、切口感染、骨折愈合发生延迟的例数。结果:观察组效果优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组手术之后骨折的平均愈合时间、术后的住院平均天数、患者的术后疼痛持续时间、因疼痛使用止痛药时间少于对照组,P<0.05;手术前两组生活质量状况和相关量表评估分数接近,P>0.05;手术后观察组生活质量状况和相关量表评估分数优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组皮肤坏死、切口感染、骨折愈合发生延迟的例数低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:Pilon骨折患者行术后中医分期辨证治疗效果好,可更好地改善患者的生活质量状况和相关量表评估分数。
Objective: To investigate the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on fracture healing and related complications after pilon fracture. Methods: 90 patients with pilon fractures from January 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study. The control group received routine postoperative treatment, and the observation group received TCM syndrome differentiation treatment. Results: The effect in the observation group was better, P<0.05. The average healing time of the fracture, the average length of hospitalization after surgery, the duration of postoperative pain, and the time of pain medication for pain were lower in the observation group, P<0.05. The quality of life and related scale assessment scores in the observation group were better, P<0.05. The number of skin necrosis, wound infection and fracture healing in the observation group was fewer, P<0.05. Conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiation on fracture healing and related complications after pilon fracture was effective, by improving the quality of life and related scale assessment scores.
