摘要
目的:观察西医结合补阳还五汤加减综合治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的急性脑梗死患者80例,将其随机分为两组,各40例。采取常规西医治疗对照组,在此基础上结合补阳还五汤加减综合治疗观察组。比较两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、临床效果以及生活质量。结果:在NIHSS评分上,两组治疗前对差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;而治疗后观察组较对照组相比明显降低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。在临床有效率上,观察组(95.0%)较对照组(82.5%)明显较高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。在生活质量上,观察组各项评分较对照组相比均明显较高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:采用西医结合补阳还五汤加减综合治疗急性脑梗死的效果显著,既能改善患者神经功能和各种症状、体征,还能提升患者生活质量,因此值得应用推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of western medicine with the Buyang Huanwu decoction(补阳还五汤) on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each. The control group was given conventional western medicine. The observation group was given the Buyang Huanwu decoction more. Results: NIHSS in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, P<0.05. The clinical efficiency was 95.0% in the observation group, higher than 82.5% in the control group, P<0.05. Quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher, P<0.05. Conclusion: Western medicine and the Buyang Huanwu decoction on acute cerebral infarction is very effective, by improving the neurological function and various symptoms and signs, and the quality of life.
