摘要
放射性脑损伤是头颈部恶性肿瘤放射治疗后的并发症之一,严重影响了患者的生活质量.目前对放射性脑损伤的发病机制尚未完全清晰,临床上对放射性脑损伤的患者采取的各种治疗方法虽然能缓解部分临床症状,但无法有效逆转脑损伤过程.近年来,随着对放射性脑损伤进一步地探索及临床经验的积累,越来越多新的治疗方法在临床上及实验室中得到肯定的效果.本文就对改善放射性脑损伤的方法做一综述.
Radiation brain injury is one of the complications after radiotherapy for head and neck malignant tumor,which seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.At present,the pathogenesis of radiation brain injury is not completely clear,all kinds of treatment methods can relieve some clinical symptoms,but can not effectively reverse the process of brain injury.In recent years,with the further exploration of radiation brain injury and the accumulation of clinical experience,more and more new therapeutic methods have gained positive results in clinical and laboratory.This article reviews the methods of improving radiation brain injury.
