摘要
近年来多项研究显示,循环microRNA与2型糖尿病及其多种并发症的发生密切相关。由于其具有稳定性、特异性高及可诱导等特点,近年来成为在转录后水平研究其发病机制、预测2型糖尿病及其并发症的生物学标志物。现就循环microRNA预测2型糖尿病及其微血管并发症价值作一综述,从而为2型糖尿病及其并发症的诊断及治疗开拓新的思路。
In recent years, several studies have shown that circulating microRNA is closely related to the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes and its various complications. Due to its stability, high specificity, and inducibility, microRNA has gradually become a biomarker for studying the pathogenesis of diabetes at the post-transcriptional level and predicting type 2 diabetes and its complications. This review summarizes the role of circulating miRNAs in the pathogenesis and microvascular complications of type 2 diabetes, and provides a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes and its complications.
