酵母硒对2型糖尿病小鼠血细胞及免疫器官的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究酵母硒对2型糖尿病小鼠血细胞及免疫器官的影响。方法选用成年雄性昆明小鼠50只,随机分为对照组、模型组和实验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组10只。模型组和实验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组诱导构建2型糖尿病模型,且实验组添加不同剂量酵母硒饲喂。比较3组血细胞水平及免疫器官结构的变化。结果对照组白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)水平明显低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)水平明显高于模型组和对照组,且实验Ⅰ组WBC、PLT水平低于模型组,实验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组PLT水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组、实验Ⅰ组和实验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组胸腺重量和胸腺指数分别与模型组和对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组、实验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组和实验Ⅲ组脾脏重量和脾脏指数分别与模型组和对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论添加0.5mg/kg酵母硒对2型糖尿病小鼠血细胞水平及免疫器官结构有明显改善作用。 Objective To study the effect of yeast selenium on the blood cells and immune organs in type 2 diabetic mice.Methods Fifty adult male Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group,model group and experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ with 10 mice in each group.The models of type 2 diabetes mellitus were induced in the model group and experimental groupⅠ-Ⅲ,and the experimental group was fed with different doses of yeast selenium.The changes of the blood cell level and immune organ structure in three groups were compared.Results The WBC and PLT levels in the control group were significantly lower than those in the model group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of RBC and HGB in the experimental groupⅠ-Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in the model group and control group,and the levels of WBC and PLT in experimental groupⅠ were lower than those in model group,while the levels of PLT in the experimental group Ⅱ,Ⅲ were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The thymus weight and thymus index of the control group,the experimental groupⅠand experimental groupⅡ,Ⅲ were significantly different from those of the model group and control group(P<0.05).The spleen weight and spleen index of the control group,the experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ and experimental groupⅢ were significantly different from those of the model group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Addition of 0.5 mg/kg yeast selenium can significantly improve the blood cell level and immune organ structure in type 2 diabetic mice.
