摘要
近年来酒类产品造假案件频发,引起社会广泛关注。发展酒类产品的真假鉴别技术,为打击制假售假行为,维护品牌生产者和消费者的合法权益,保证酒类市场健康发展,为监管部门提供技术支持具有积极的作用。本文将近年来国内外用于研究酒类真假鉴定的方法进行概括总结,以期为酒类产品真假鉴别技术研究提供参考。
In recent years, frequent cases of liquor products fraud have aroused widespread concern in society.The development of true and false identification technology for alcoholic products plays an active role in combating counterfeiting and selling, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of brand producers and consumers,ensuring the healthy development of the wine market, and providing technical support to the regulatory authorities.This paper summarized the methods for the study of the authenticity identification of alcohol in domestic and foreign countries in recent years, so as to provide reference for the research on the authenticity identification technology of alcoholic products.
