摘要
目的:探讨使用无托槽隐形矫治成人牙周炎伴前牙深覆[牙合]患者的疗效.方法:选取我院正畸科收治的牙周炎伴前牙深覆患者20例,均接受无托槽隐形矫治.拍摄矫治前后头颅侧位片及曲面断层片,并观察患者前牙压低的情况及牙周状况评估.结果:矫治后,U1-PP距离明显减小(P<0.05),U1-SN、U6-SN以及MP-FH的角度无明显变化(P>0.05).与矫治前比较,矫治后LI-MP距离明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).矫治后,L6-MP距离及L6-MP角度变化不显著,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).矫治后患者龈沟出血指数、牙周袋探诊深度明显降低(P<0.05),但菌斑指数及临床附着丧失水平未见明显升高(P>0.05).结论:无托槽隐形矫治能够有效矫治牙周炎伴前牙深覆[牙合],矫治主要以压低前牙为主.
Objective:To explore the effect of Invisalign system of adult periodontitis with deep overbite.Methods:Twenty cases of periodontitis complicated with anterior teeth deep overbite were selected from the orthodontics department of our hospital.All patients received Invisalign orthodontic treatment without brackets,and lateral and lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken before and after orthodontic treatment.The condition of mandibular anterior teeth depression and periodontal status were observed.Results:After treatment,the distance of U1-PP decreased significantly(P<0.05),but the angle of U1-SN,U6-SN and MP-FH did not change significantly(P>0.05).The distance of LI-MP decreased significantly after orthodontic treatment,and the difference was significant compared with that before orthodontic treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in L6-MP distance and L6-MP angle between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,gingival sulcus bleeding index and periodontal pocket exploration depth decreased significantly(P<0.05),but the change of plaque index and clinical attachment loss was not obvious(P>0.05).Conclusion:Invisalign treatment system can effectively cure periodontitis with deep overbite,especially intrusion of anterior teeth.
