摘要
本科生科研创新能力的培养是高校建设一流大学和一流学科的重要手段,而科研实验室是高校科研成果的重要产地,对创新型科研人才的培养具有重要作用。本文结合各高校本科生积极申请进入科研实验室的现状,探讨医学院校科研实验室在招收本科生及培养方面的对策。
The cultivation of undergraduates'scientific research innovation ability is an important strategy for universities to be the first-class university and to build up the first-class disciplines.The scientific research laboratory contributes greatly to the scientific research achievements in universities,which plays an important role in the cultivation of innovative scientific research talents.Based on the fact that many undergraduate students are trying to attend to the scientific research laboratory,we discuss the countermeasures of undergraduate enrollment and training patterns in scientific research laboratory of medical university.
