摘要
面向新工科建设,培养未来工程需求的人才,工程训练中心应促进工程训练与创新实践协同发展。本文指出工程训练中心应加强对"教学决定生存、质量决定兴衰、服务决定地位"的认识,构建工程认知、工程训练、工程探究3个层次的工程训练实践教学课程体系,围绕更新教学内容、升级实践设施、改革教学方法、健全教学团队等方面加强质量建设,并以建设一处创客空间、一套创意实现服务、一门双创课程、一本制造技术培训证书、一个工程实践创新活动数据库为内容,实施"五个一"工程,建设创新型、开放性、现代化的工程训练示范中心,构建一流教学支撑平台。
Engineering Training Centers(ETCs)should promote the cooperative development of engineering training and innovation practice for new engineering construction and training talents who will lead the future engineering demand.This paper takes the ETC,Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an example,points out that ETCs should improve the quality of teaching and service.Thus,ETCs constructs three levels of engineering training curriculum system such as engineering cognition,engineering training and engineering exploration.ETCs renews teaching contents,upgrades practical facilities,reforms teaching methods and perfects teaching team.ETCs also implements the"5 A"project,including a makerspace,a set of services,a course,a certificate,and a database.Overall,ETCs should become more innovative,more open,more modern,and build up the first-class teaching support platforms.
