摘要
辅导员作为高校思想政治教育的骨干力量,对大学生的成才与发展有着重要影响,培养高素质的辅导员队伍一直是高校思政队伍建设的重要方向。文章从辅导员胜任力特征的角度出发,从心理辅导培训的重要性、理论基础和重要意义出发阐述了心理辅导是提升辅导员胜任力的重要途径,为高校建设高素质的辅导员队伍提供借鉴。
As the backbone of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, counselors have an important influence on the talents and development of college students. Cultivating high-quality counselors has always been an important direction for the construction of ideological and political teams in colleges and universities. In this thesis, the importance, theoretical basis and significance of psychological counseling cultivating are discussed from the perspective of the competence characteristics of counselors. Psychological counseling is an important way to improve the competency of counselors, and provides a reference for the construction of high-quality counselors in colleges and universities.
