摘要
目的观察Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌应用新辅助化疗治疗的临床疗效.方法选择2016年8月~2017年8月本院收治的Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者120例开展研究,根据不同的治疗方法将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组60例;对照组不实施新辅助化疗治疗,研究组采用新辅助化疗治疗,分析两组治疗效果、并发症发生率、炎症因子水平、生存期.结果研究组治疗效果高于对照组,且生存期长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组炎症因子水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均出现支气残端瘘、胸腔积液等并发症,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论给予Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者新辅助化疗治疗,既可提高治疗效果,又可延长患者生存期.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the patients with stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer. Methods The study period was from August 2016 to August 2017, and 120 patients with stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital during the study period were enrolled in the study. According to different treatment methods, patients were divided into the control group and the study group, with 60 cases in each group;the control group was not given neoadjuvant chemotherapy for treatment, and the study group was given neoadjuvant chemotherapy for treatment. The therapeutic effect, incidence rate of complications, inflammatory factor level and survival time of both groups were analyzed. Results The therapeutic effect in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the survival time was longer than that in the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the inflammatory factor level in the study group was higher than that in the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05);complications such as bronchial stump fistula and pleural effusion were shown in both groups, and there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy for the patients with stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer can improve the therapeutic effect and prolong the survival of patients.
