摘要
作者对３１１例尸检病例恶性肿瘤非淋巴道转移情况进行了总结和分析，其结果表明恶性肿瘤的转移是有一定规律的。作者还对各种主要恶性肿瘤转移特点进行了总结和初步探讨，这对肿瘤转移时判断肿瘤的原发部位是很有意义的。
The metastatic situations involving no lymphatic metastases of 311 necropsies with malignant tumors were analyzed and reported. The results showed that there were some regularities in metastases of malignant tumors. The authors also summarized and preliminarily approached some metastatic characteristics of common malignant tumors, that would be very important in determining the primary location of a malignant tumor when metastasis happens.
