摘要
近年来,温州市积极推动社会力量参与法人治理、城市书房、文化驿站等多个公共文化服务领域的建设、管理和服务,形成了“多轮驱动、连锁供给”的公共文化服务温州模式。这些创新实践推动了公共文化设施的巨大发展,需求与供给的有效对接,政府公共职能的可喜转变,温州地域文化的深入挖掘,为我国公共文化服务体系建设提供了温州智慧和温州样本。温州经验启示人们:创新需要强烈的问题意识和鲜明的问题导向,需要充分激发社会力量参与积极性,需要营造宽松的允许试错的良好氛围。
In recent years, Wenzhou has actively promoted the participation of social forces in the construction, management and service of corporate governance, urban study, cultural post and other public cultural services, forming a multi-wheel drive, chain supply public cultural service Wenzhou model.These innovative practices have promoted the tremendous development of public cultural facilities, the effective docking of demand and supply, the gratifying transformation of government public functions, and the in-depth excavation of Wenzhou regional culture, which provide Wenzhou wisdom and Wenzhou samples for the construction of public cultural service system in China. Wenzhou experience enlightens people that innovation needs strong problem consciousness and distinct problem orientation, needs to fully stimulate the enthusiasm of social forces to participate, and needs to create a relaxed and good atmosphere to allow trial and error.
