石人沟铁矿地下三期矿体开采顺序优化 被引量:4

Optimization of Mining Sequence for Third-stage Underground Ore Body in Shirengou Iron Mine

摘要 对于采用空场法或充填法过渡的露天转地下矿山,露天边坡将永久存在,因此,转入地下后的矿体开采顺序直接影响上部既有露天工程的稳定。以石人沟铁矿地下三期矿体为研究对象,通过室内试验获取围岩与充填体力学参数,遵循减小对露天境界顶柱与露天边帮扰动的原则,运用有限元数值模拟方法,对3种可行的开采顺序方案进行了模拟与分析。研究结果表明,由北向南的整体回采顺序方案的岩体位移与最大主应力指标优于其他方案,即为最优开采顺序方案。 For the transition from open-pit to underground mining with open field or filling method,the open-pit slope will be permanent.Therefore,the sequence of ore bodies transferred into the underground directly affects the stability of the upper open pit projects.Taking the third-stage underground ore body of Shirengou Iron Mine as the research object,on the basis of obtaining the mechanical parameters of surrounding rock and filling body through laboratory tests,following the principle of reducing disturbance of the open-pit boundary pillar and the open-pit side slope,three feasible schemes of mining sequence were simulated and analyzed by using the finite element numerical simulation method.The results showed that the whole mining sequence from north to south had better indexes in rock mass displacement and maximum principal stress than other schemes,namely,it was the recommended mining sequence scheme.
