摘要
上向中深孔爆破工艺经常由于爆破参数设置不合理而产生超采及大块率高等问题。因此,采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行动态仿真模拟,以实际工况为基础,分析不同爆破参数下的爆破效果。根据各爆破方案下应力场分布特征、夹制作用下爆破裂隙区域的形成过程以及关键单元的有效应力峰值等得到最优爆破方案。结果表明:采用梅花形布孔方式,孔径76 mm、排距1.5 m时爆破效果最佳,该参数下进行的现场试验也验证了这一结论。
Upward medium-deep hole blasting technology often produces overdraft and high block rate due to unreasonable blasting parameter setting.Therefore,the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used for dynamic simulation.Based on the actual working conditions,the blasting effect under different blasting parameters is analyzed.The optimal blasting scheme is obtained according to the distribution characteristics of stress field under each blasting scheme,the formation process of blasting fracture area under clamping production and the effective stress peak of key elements.The results show that the blasting effect is the best when the plum diameter is 76 mm and the row spacing is 1.5 m with the plum-shaped hole arrangement.The field test under this parameter also verifies this conclusion.
