摘要
从产业规模、产业布局、资源优势和取得的成果等方面总结了浏阳市果蔬产业的发展现状,并分析了浏阳市果蔬产业存在的主要问题,即果蔬产业链不完善、经营管理水平和生产方式落后、市场需求与供给不对称、经营主体融资难以及绿色食品果蔬发展滞后等,提出了强化果蔬产品质量安全管理、加大果蔬深加工和市场营销力度、加大资金政策扶持力度、完善果蔬产业公共服务体系以及增强农业科技对果蔬产业发展的引领作用等对策建议,为推动浏阳市果蔬产业发展提供参考.
The development status of fruit and vegetable industry of Liuyang City is explored from the aspects of industrial scale, industrial layout, resource advantages and achievements. It is concluded that the main problems lies in imperfect industry chain, backward management level and production mode, asymmetric market demand and supply, difficulty in financing for business owners and backward development of green food fruits and vegetables. Thereforce, some suggestions are put forward, such as strengthening the quality and safety management of fruit and vegetable products, increasing the intensity of deep processing and marketing of fruits and vegetables, increasing the support of capital policies, perfecting the public service system of fruit and vegetable industry, and enhancing the leading role of agricultural science and technology in the development of fruit and vegetable industry, so as to provide reference for promoting the development of fruit and vegetable industry in Liuyang City.
