摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在老年支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年2—8月收治的老年支气管哮喘患者60例为研究对象,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上应用临床护理路径。比较两组患者生活质量及护理依从性。结果观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在老年支气管哮喘患者中应用,有助于增强护理依从性,提高其生活质量与临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in elderly patients with bronchial asthma. Methods To select 60 elderly patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2018 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was treated by clinical nursing path on the basis of routine nursing. The quality of life and nursing compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05).The nursing compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in elderly patients with bronchial asthma can help to enhance the compliance of nursing,improve their quality of life and treatment effect.
