摘要
针对煤矿大型固定设备维护中存在的不足,根据基于状态的维护(CBM)的概念,设计并实现煤矿大型固定设备维护系统。该系统包括自动化/人工采集、故障评估与分析、故障维护/维修、可靠性评估以及故障统计等功能,能够实现大型固定设备运行的数据提取、运行状态诊断及评估和故障发生的预测。通过实际应用,结果表明,基于状态的维护系统能够有效地降低设备故障的发生,为实现“无人值守、有人巡检”的高效、经济维护模式提供了保障。
In view of the deficiencies in the maintenance of large fixed equipment in coal mines,the maintenance system of large fixed equipment in coal mines is designed and implemented on the basis of the concept of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM).includes automatic/manual acquisition,fault assessment and analysis,fault maintenance/repair,reliability assessment and fault statistics.The system can realize the data extraction,operation status diagnosis and evaluation,prediction of fault occurrence.Through practical application,the results show that the system based on Condition Based Maintenance can effectively reduce the occurrence of equipment failure,and provide a guarantee for the realization of the efficient and economical maintenance mode of "unattended and inspected".
