摘要
结合成昆铁路峨眉至米易段扩能工程西昌西客运站的选址实例,总结了客运站选址的基本原则:客运站选址应服从线路总体走向方案,避开重大不良地质发育区,充分征求地方意见,符合城市总体规划,符合枢纽(地区)功能和车站作业分工,满足设计年度运输需求并预留远期发展条件。根据成昆铁路工期要求紧、西昌西站址方案难以统一的实际情况,开展了“一线两站”的设计研究。研究表明,“一线两站”方案不仅解决了西昌西站的选址争端,还满足了铁路建设“赶工期”的要求,获得了参建各方的一致好评。
Combining with the site selection example of Xichangxi Passenger Station in the expansion project of Chengdu-Kunming Railway from Emei to Miyi,the basic principles of the site selection of passenger station are summarized. The principles are as follows: The site selection of passenger station should be subordinated to the program for overall trend of the line,avoid the development areas of unfavorable geology,solicit local comments fully,conform to the overall planning of the city,meet the hub ( area) function and the task assignment of the station,satisfy with transport requirement and reserve the development conditions in the long term. According to the actual situation that the time limit for Chengdu-Kunming Railway is tight and the site selection scheme of Xichangxi station is difficult to unify,the design researches of“one-line with two-stations” are carried on. Studies have shown that with this design,not only the dispute of Xichangxi station location has been solved,but also the requirement of“time limit”for railway construction can be meet,and the design has won the high praise of the participation parties.
