摘要
循环肿瘤DNA作为液态活检的对象,以其检测方便、安全,无侵入、可早期发现病变等优势,在个体化医疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用,故笔者重点对液态活检中的循环肿瘤DNA相关内容及其临床应用的现状进行综述。
As a liquid biopsy,circulating tumor DNA plays an increasingly important role in individualized medicine owning to its advantages of convenient,safe,non-invasive and early detection of lesions.This study focuses on circulating tumor DNA in liquid biopsy for reviewing its relevant content and clinical applications.
