摘要
能源电力行业是社会经济发展的基础,作为电力生产源头的发电厂的安全生产至关重要。青海作为水电大省,在快速发展的新的时代和社会背景下,各个层面都对青海水电企业的安全生产管理提出了新的更高的要求。论文分析了青海水电企业在现有基础上达到这些新的更高的要求的有效途径,对提高青海水电企业的安全生产管理水平有一定的借鉴意义。
Energy and power industry is the basis of social and economic development, and as the source of power production, the safety of power plant is very important. Qinghai, as a major hydropower province, has put forward new and higher requirements for the safety production management of hydropower enterprises in Qinghai at all levels in the new era and under the social background of rapid development. This paper analyzes the effective ways for hydropower enterprises in Qinghai to meet these new and higher requirements on the basis of the existing ones, which has certain reference significance for improving the safety production management level of hydropower enterprises in China.
