摘要
介绍了螺纹牙强度校核理论计算模型和常用的螺纹连接有限元仿真方法。以3-1/4-6SA螺塞为例,提出了一种新的螺纹件分析仿真方法,即去除非工作螺纹始端和末端,避免接触计算,使用柱坐标显示螺纹牙剪切应力和弯曲应力。分析结果与理论计算相对误差分别为5.40%和39.28%,为螺纹牙强度校核提供了一种新思路。
This paper introduces the theoretical calculation model of thread strength check and the commonly used finite element simulation method of thread connection.Taking the 3-1/4-6SA screw plug as an example,a new simulation method for screw thread analysis is proposed,which removes the beginning and end of the non-working thread,avoids contact calculation,and uses cylindrical coordinates to show the shear stress and bending stress of the thread.The relative error between the analysis result and the theoretical calculation is 5.40% and 39.28% respectively,which provides a new idea for the thread strength check.
