摘要
目的探讨在新生儿头颅疾病临床诊断中头颅超声所发挥的作用。方法选取78例新生儿头颅疾病者,选取时间为2018年1月—2019年3月,分成对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组行常规检查方法,观察组行头颅超声检查方法。结果阳性检出率观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。颅内假阴性率比较观察组较对照组高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在新生儿头颅疾病临床诊断中采用头颅超声检查法,具有较高的阳性检出率,能够直观了解到新生儿头颅内脑病变情况,是一种简便及经济的诊断方式。
Objective To investigate the role of cranial ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of neonatal head disease. Methods 78 cases of neonatal head disease were selected. The time was selected from January 2018 to March 2019, the cases were divided into the control group and the observation group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was underwent routine examination and the observation group was underwent cranial ultrasound examination. Results The positive detection rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The intracranial false negative rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group, but there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion The use of cranial ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of neonatal cranial disease has a high positive detection rate. It can intuitively understand the neonatal brain lesions, which is a simple and economical method.
