摘要
目的 了解低年资护士对AIDS患者的认知、态度及护理意愿,为AIDS专科护理人员的培养提供依据。方法 采取问卷调查的方法,了解我院235名低年资护士对AIDS相关知识掌握,对AIDS患者认知态度及护理意愿的现状。结果 低年资护士在AIDS相关知识的知晓方面,对含氯消毒液能否杀死HIV、AIDS窗口期定义的回答的正确率最低,分别是7.66%和25.96%;在对AIDS患者的态度方面,认为AIDS是可怕疾病的达79.15%;在护理意愿方面,戴手套为AIDS患者进行侵入性操作意愿率最低,为41.70%。结论 低年资护士对AIDS的知识掌握不全面,对AIDS患者过度恐惧和歧视,导致护理意愿低下,医疗机构应正确引导。
Objective To explore the cognition, attitude and nursing willingness of junior nurse to AIDS patients and provide basis for the training of AIDS specialist nurse. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the AIDS-related knowledge, attitude and willingness to care for AIDS patients of 235 junior nurses in our hospital. Results As for the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among junior nurse, the accuracy rate of whether chlorinated disinfectant could kill HIV and the definitions of AIDS window period was the lowest, which were 7.66% and 25.96% respectively. As for the attitudes towards AIDS patients, 79.15% of surveyed junior nurse thought that AIDS was a terrible disease. As for the nursing willingness, the lowest willingness rate was found regarding invasive operation for AIDS patients wearing gloves, accounting for 41.70%. Conclusions Lack of comprehensive knowledge of AIDS, fear and discrimination against AIDS patients result in junior nurser low willingness to care for AIDS patients. Medical institutions should guide them correctly.
