摘要
目的分析艾滋病患者罹患机会性感染住院医疗费用情况。方法采集2012年-2016年江苏省某三级甲等传染病医院因机会性感染而住院治疗的788人次艾滋病患者资料,包括患者的基本情况、机会性感染类型、医疗费用等信息,分析不同特征艾滋病患者各项医疗费用的差异。结果因机会性感染住院治疗的艾滋病患者中,不同性别的住院总费用、药品费和抗菌药物费的差异有统计学意义;各年龄组患者各项费用差异均无统计学意义;不同类型机会性感染患者各项住院费用的差异均有统计学意义。结论本次研究分析显示艾滋病患者机会性感染住院医疗花费较高,患者负担较重,需要进一步加强监管,同时建议将艾滋病患者机会性感染的治疗费用纳入大病统筹社会保险。
Objective To analyze the hospitalization expenses of opportunity infection treatment in AIDS patients.Methods We collected the information about opportunity infection treatment of AIDS patients from a three-level infectious diseases hospital in Jiangsu Province from January 2012 to December 2016, including basic information,the types of opportunistic infections and medical expenses and other information. Analyze the differences of medical expenses among AIDS patients with different characteristics. Results The hospitalization expenses of opportunity infection treatment in the AIDS patients include total hospitalization expenditure, comprehensive medical care,physical examination, imaging examination, drug expense, antibiotics and disposable supplies. No statistically significant differences were found in the above-mentioned expenditures among patients from different age groups.There were statistically significant differences in the above-mentioned expenditures among AIDS patients from different types of opportunistic infections. There were statistically significant differences in the expenditures for total hospitalization expenses, drugs and antibiotics among AIDS patients with different genders. Conclusion This study shows that the hospital medical costs of opportunistic infection in AIDS patients is higher, and there are relatively heavy burdens on these patients. This need strengthen regulation, at the same time the costs of opportunistic infection in AIDS patients treatment should be included in the comprehensive arrangement for serious disease.
