新中国成立以来中小学教研工作回顾与展望 被引量:5

The Course and Trend of Teaching and Research Work of Primary and Secondary School Teachers Since the Founding of New China

摘要 新中国成立近70年,我国中小学教研工作经历了"初创定型期""停滞偏离期""恢复发展期""改革深化期"和"转型创新期"五个阶段。"教研"是学校教学与教育工作的一种重要实践样态,是我国基础教育工作的重要组成部分,是提升教师专业化水平的重要途径和促进学生全面发展的必要前提。研究发现,我国中小学教研工作存在诸多现实问题,如教师参与教研活动的效果不够明显、教研人员专业发展缺乏制度保障、教研职能定位不准、教研的管理体制不完善等。由此,我们应在"互联网+教育"的新模式下,强化教研与培养学生核心素养相结合;致力于由关注知识传授的研究转向关注全面育人的研究。 As an important practice form of school teaching and education, teaching and research is an important part of elementary education in China. Along with the development process, primary and secondary school teachers teaching and research goes through five stages:"initial establishment","stagnation deviation","recovery development","reform deepening" and "multiple innovation". The study suggests that there are many problems in the effectiveness of teaching and research activities, teaching and research management system, and functional positioning. To this end, we should strengthen the combination of teaching and research and the cultivation of students key competencies under the new mode of "Internet + Education";we would move the focus of research from knowledge to comprehensive education.
